Garlic skin peeling machine and equipment

Peeling machines that separate the outer skin and husk of garlic cloves from the product and can be connected to the line.
Garlic bulb breaking (clove separation) and seed garlic preparation system

A controlled clove separation system that splits the garlic bulb into cloves and can also be used for seed garlic preparation.
Optical color sorter

A sorter that checks color with a camera and optical sensors and removes spoiled or stained pieces from the belt with air.
Conditioning oven (tunnel oven)

A tunnel structure that moves the product through controlled heat and air flow to prepare it for further processing and storage.
Automatic net bag packing and weighing system

A system with a multihead weigher and net bag packing machine that packs garlic automatically to a set weight.
Washing and sizing (calibration) system

A system that cleans the product with brush washing and a perforated rotary drum and groups it by size.
Conveyor and elevator systems

Transport systems that connect machines with flat belts, inclined bucket and Z elevators, and transfer belts.
Sorting belts and feed hoppers

Feed hoppers that deliver the product to the line at a steady rate, and sorting belts for visual picking.

From the raw product arriving from the field to the packed product, we have a machine for every step of the line.

Feeding and sorting
Raw product is loaded into a hopper, checked by eye on a sorting belt and fed to the line at a steady rate.

Washing and sizing
Soil and dry husk are cleaned off with brushes, and the product is grouped by size.

Conditioning
The product is passed through controlled heat and air flow as needed to prepare it for the next process.

Bulb breaking
Bulbs are separated into cloves. The same system is also used for seed garlic preparation.

Skin peeling
The outer skin and husk of the cloves are separated from the product.

Color sorting
An optical sorter removes spoiled, stained or off-color pieces from the belt.

Weighing and packing
The product is weighed to the set weight and packed into net bags.

Transport and custom solutions
Conveyors and elevators link the steps, and custom machines are added to suit the layout.
