Machine Manufacturing
We build electromechanical machines for food technology in our workshop in İkitelli, Istanbul. The machines are made in different constructions to suit the characteristics of the product. Elements such as aluminum profile frames, stainless steel hoppers and chutes, and motor-gearboxes are chosen according to the structure of the machine. Dimensions and capacity are set to your needs.

Electrical Panels and Automation
We also build the control panels and automation systems that run the machine. So that the operator can use the machine comfortably and safely, control elements such as the emergency stop, buttons and touch screen are arranged to suit the machine. The control structure is designed around the machine’s task. This way the mechanical and electrical parts are designed together.

Installation and Commissioning
When the machine is ready, it is set up at your business and connected to the line and to power. It is then run and adjusted. If it is being added to an existing line, its compatibility with the other machines is checked as well. The aim is for the machine to work without problems after delivery.

Operator Training and Technical Consulting

Maintenance and Repair
We provide maintenance and repair for your machines. Depending on the case, our technician comes to your business or the machine is brought to us. We assess the electrical, mechanical and control parts together. This gets the machine running regularly again.

Revision and Improvement
